Race for homemade, non-motorized vehicles.
The Vigo Rendena Grand Prix is an event characterized by a playful and folkloric spirit, where no importance will be placed on the speed of the homemade vehicles, which will travel along a route of approximately 600 metres through the village streets to the park along the Sarca River in Vigo Rendena.
During the heats, a jury will assess the teams, evaluating the construction quality of their vehicles, attention to detail and originality.
The score awarded by the jury and the public vote will contribute to determining the teams' positions in the ranking, giving them the chance to reach the podium of the Biroc' Race in Vigo Rendena.
PROGRAMME:
3.00 pm: Opening of the pit area: team registration and Biroc’ inspection
Opening of the finish village: music with DJ set, bar, food and inflatables
5.00 pm: First heat, accompanied by a DJ set and inflatables for children:
Dinner and entertainment will follow, with special guests including Olympic Skicross champion Simone Deromedis.
9.00 pm: Second heat under the lights.
10.30 pm Awards ceremony and lottery draw. The evening will end with Biroc'Fest - Alex Salvadori on the decks
Throughout the afternoon, a fully stocked bar and sandwich stand will be open, with music and inflatables for children!
