The Brescian Spit Roast, prepared by Antico Spiedo di Pinzolo, meets the Osteria’s cuisine in a set menu designed to be enjoyed together: spit-roasted meat, goulash, Storo polenta and cabbage.
A vegetarian alternative is also available, featuring the soup of the day, polenta, mushrooms and cheese.
