The Pro Loco di Bocenago is organizing a workshop where participants can experience traditional butter making using historical tools.

Imagine a mountain village setting where participants discover the ancient art of butter production. Inside a rustic mountain hut, local experts dressed in traditional clothing introduce the history of butter and demonstrate how fresh cream is transformed using traditional tools such as a butter churn. Visitors take part in the process, learning how to separate butter from buttermilk and shape it by hand.

PROGRAMME:
10:00 AM: Introduction and practical demonstration of traditional artisanal butter making, in collaboration with the Gruppo Folkloristico "Vecchia Rendena", at Casa dei Frè.

PRICE:
Event organized by the Pro Loco di Bocenago.
€10.00 per person (reservation required at +39 379 2799371).
