Join us on an extraordinary adventure to discover an ancient craft, which has been handed down in Bondone for generations.
PROGRAMME:
11.00am: Holy Mass in the Alpine Church at Malga Alpo di Bondone.
1:00pm: typical polenta and spit lunch (starter, spit with polenta, cabbage, cheese, dessert, coffee, wine and water).
2.30pm: "Discovering the plant biodiversity of the Alpo", games and challenges organised by the Muse.
During the event, the Carboners will reveal the secrets of their art and it will be possible to follow the processing phases of the "poiòt".
