Doss Alpine Brunch is designed for those who want to enjoy an authentic experience surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Brenta Dolomites.
PROGRAMME:
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.: every Sunday in July and August, Doss del Sabion becomes a special place where great food, music and a lively atmosphere come together in an exceptional mountain setting.
The panoramic bar terrace turns into a welcoming gathering place where Alpine flavours, live music and DJ sets create the perfect soundtrack for summer days at high altitude.
The brunch features an extensive buffet with sweet and savoury dishes, including:
- Croissants, mini pastries, homemade cakes, pancakes, crêpes, yoghurt with muesli, jams, honey, fresh fruit and vegetables
- Finger food, avocado toast, omelettes, eggs, local cured meat and cheese platters, bruschetta, focaccia, pizza, savoury pies, mountain fish and freshly baked bread
- Fresh seasonal salads, crudités with dipping sauce, summer salads with spelt, barley and rice, mountain-style couscous, carpaccio, tartare, battered vegetables and crispy fried bites
- Hot dishes, cold pasta dishes and soups
- Artisan gelato, fresh fruit and a chocolate fountain
Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
The brunch includes coffee and water. All other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not included.
