Rifugio Patascoss presents the third edition of Patascoss Drinks Natural, evolving and taking shape as Ancestrale. It will be an opportunity for everyone to return to the origins, to what is essential, to what is made well because it is made with respect.
It is an event dedicated to the pleasure of sharing food and wine passions.
Now in its third edition, the format expands without losing its identity: from wine to gastronomic culture in its purest form, bringing together producers, chefs and enthusiasts united by the same vision: “simpler, truer, more human.”
Craftsmanship and low intervention are at the heart of the project. Our intention is to highlight natural wine producers, young chefs and, more generally, all those who transform raw ingredients in harmony with the land and its rhythms, with the traditions that define us and the environment in which they operate.
Rifugio Patascoss and Madonna di Campiglio become the stage where products, but above all people, return to the centre, and where conviviality, relationships and sharing arise naturally.

Saturday, July 25 - Drinks Natural Ancestrale
From 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM: Walk-around tastings. Throughout the day, Italian and European producers, distributors and winemakers will be present, alongside live cooking by the “Ancestrale” chefs, traditional trattorias and local gastronomic tastings.
From 6:30 PM to 12:00 AM: Afterparty
