Two days of celebrations at the picturesque Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lares, situated just above the village of Bolbeno and easily accessible by car. On both days, Holy Mass will be celebrated at the sanctuary in the morning, followed by a lunch of polenta and traditional Trentino specialities.
PROGRAMME:
SATURDAY 15 AUGUST
9.00am: the shop and café open.
10.30am: Holy Mass.
From 11.30am: lunch featuring polenta and traditional Trentino specialities.
2.45pm: concert by the Cima Tosa Choir of Bolbeno.
SUNDAY 16 AUGUST
9.00am: non-competitive running race featuring mountain running champion Cesare Maestri.
10.30am: Holy Mass.
From 11.30am: lunch featuring polenta and traditional Trentino specialities.
2.30pm: running race prize-giving ceremony, with a trophy for all participants born in 2013 or later (provided they are present at the awards ceremony).
TARIFF:
Free entry. Meals at your own expense.
