An evening celebrating traditional flavours and conviviality, featuring a travelling food-tasting experience that takes participants on a journey to discover the local area's gastronomic specialities. The culinary route includes traditional dishes, from toasted bread topped with honey and cured lard to roast pork served with potato rösti, accompanied by Trentino DOC wine and ending with desserts and hot drinks.Throughout the evening, live music entertainment will also take place in Piazza Righi, offering a wonderful opportunity to gather together beneath the Christmas tree and enjoy a warm glass of mulled wine.
PROGRAMME:
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: departure times for the guided food-tasting route through the village streets. The preferred time slot can be selected when making the reservation.
