The Federazione Trentina della Cooperazione organises Fòra Fest – Fuori dagli schemi dentro le comunità, a widespread cultural programme dedicated to mental health and inclusion.
Fòra Fest brings the topic of mental health beyond stereotypes and into community life, in the places that are part of our everyday lives.
A programme of meetings, workshops, performances, walks and exhibitions taking place across Trentino, creating spaces for participation and inclusion, opportunities to reflect, meet others and look at things from different perspectives.
PROGRAMME:
from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm: at L'Altro Bar, in Verdesina (Porte di Rendena), public meeting on mental health as a common good.
Mental health also means relationships, participation and a sense of belonging. It means being able to imagine your own future and finding spaces within the community where you can express your abilities, wishes, resources and life plans. But how can a meaningful life be built after experiencing psychological distress? Staff members and participants from the Day Centre share experiences of recovery and self-determination, relationships and participation in community life. An event open to everyone, offering the opportunity to listen to stories of change and rediscover mental health as something that concerns us all. A shared responsibility, nurtured within communities that are built together.
