An evening open to the entire community to reflect on the challenges of growing up, adolescence and parenting, with a focus on parent-child relationships and managing emotions in the age of social media.
PROGRAMME
8.30 pm: Start of the event at the Paladolomiti in Pinzolo, organised by Distretto Famiglia Val Rendena as part of its Strategic Project, in collaboration with Incontra and Centro Mete.
The evening will feature Matteo Lancini, psychologist, psychotherapist and lecturer at the University of Milano-Bicocca, specialising in adolescence and family relationships, and Giulia Tomasi, psychotherapist and trainer specialising in adolescent and youth dynamics.
Through an open discussion, the two experts will offer insights and opportunities for reflection on today's educational challenges, parent-child relationships, and the importance of listening and emotional awareness.
During the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase Matteo Lancini's latest book and other publications. A book signing with the author will also take place at the end of the event.
The event will also mark the launch of a series of five workshops dedicated to managing emotions and addressing the challenges of growing up, scheduled to take place over the coming months.
