Day dedicated to collecting wild herbs.
PROGRAM:
8:30 a.m. meet at the Palazzetto dello Carisolo.
Start of the loop trail and visit the Ancient Glassworks-Museum. Ascent to the ancient chestnut grove of Carisolo where herb harvesting is completed under the expected supervision of agroecologist and popularizer Stefano Delugan. Return to the Palazzetto dello Sport and tasting of the dishes that chef Giorgio Casanova will have prepared with the wild herbs
