The Pro Loco di Carisolo is organizing a series of introductory wine evenings led by sommelier Manuela Viviani. A journey designed for those who want to discover wine or deepen their understanding of it with greater awareness.
PROGRAMME:
From May 6 to May 27, every Wednesday
8:30 PM at the Festival Hall, Palasport Carisolo
4 sessions dedicated to:
1. WINE TASTING:
Learn about wine through sight, aromas, and tasting.
2. WINE BASICS:
Grape varieties, terroirs, and winemaking methods: the key concepts to understand wine.
3. SPARKLING WINES:
Bubbles, production methods, and characteristics: a world to discover.
4. FOOD & WINE PAIRING:
How to choose and enhance pairings between wine and food.
During each session, we will taste 4 wines from surprising regions and lesser-known grape varieties.
