The Pinzolo Pro Loco is organizing the event "Making Cheese with Kids."
PROGRAMME:
At 5:00 PM in Piazza Carera, a workshop titled "Learning to Make Cheese with Kids" will be set up. Up to 100 children will have the opportunity to learn the basics regarding the origin and nutritional composition of milk and the fundamental principles of its transformation—and even try their hand at making it themselves.
