From the commitment and perseverance of a team of doctors and researchers at Policlinico A. Gemelli, led by Prof. Francesco Landi, the first edition of the Longevity Run came to life in 2018 in Rome: a day dedicated to sports and health, organized in order to raise awareness of healthy lifestyles and encourage cardiovascular prevention.
The event is organized thanks to the support of the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli IRCCS in Rome and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with the sponsorship of the Azienda Provinciale Servizi Sanitari di Trento.
A day of sports and wellness dedicated to prevention: in fact, through the Longevity Check-up it will be possible to perform screenings aimed at assessing the main modifiable risk factors.
