Pradalago 2100 Mountain Hut invites you to an enchanting series of themed gourmet dinners at an altitude of 2,100 metres, where fine dining meets the magic of the mountains.
Enjoy four exclusive gourmet evenings, each featuring a specially curated menu created by Chef Carlo Sorrentino. Drawing inspiration from traditional local cuisine, each dish is reimagined with a contemporary twist, offering a culinary journey that beautifully blends heritage and innovation.
The theme of each dinner will be revealed only a few days before the event, making every evening a unique and unforgettable surprise where exceptional flavours and a magical atmosphere come together.
For this third edition of "Pradalago Under the Stars," guests will once again have the exclusive opportunity to reach the mountain hut in their own 4x4 vehicle, enjoying an unforgettable off-road adventure with the spectacular Brenta Dolomites as a backdrop beneath a sky filled with stars.
Alternatively, you can take advantage of a partner shuttle taxi service to the mountain hut (available at an additional cost).
