Sale of typical valley food products and tasting of a unique dish featuring garlic salami and other local products from "Brenta Salumi" (Spiazzo), "Salumificio di montagna" (Caderzone Terme), "Salumificio Val Rendena" (Porte di Rendena), "Az. Agr. Maso Grisun" (Spiazzo), "Fattoria Antica Rendena" (Giustino), "Az. Agr. Polla Mauro" (Caderzone Terme), "Az. Agr. Villi Mattia" (Spiazzo), "Apicoltura Dossi Flavia" (Spiazzo), "Az. Agr. il Petar" (Spiazzo), and "Az. Agr. Maso Loera" (Spiazzo). Musical entertainment in the evening with the "Trentin Folk" band.
