A high-altitude aperitif designed to let you savour the local area, with rustic dishes, local produce and the simple pleasure of spending time together in the open air. The golden hour will provide the backdrop to a convivial and relaxed evening, whilst Radio 51’s musical selections will accompany the sunset with just the right energy.

6.00pm: Rustic aperitif-dinner featuring local produce, prepared by Laboratorio Gastronomico Luzzani.
Barley salad with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs
Rustic omelette with mountain herbs
Potato and alpine cheese tart
Rye bread with alpine cheese and local speck
Toasted bread made with Storo flour, smoked trout and chives
Yoghurt with red berries
