Urban trekking in the Chiese Valley

The association ‘Il Chiese’ and the Consortium B.I.M. organise treks to discover the works located within the villages of the Valle del Chiese. Walking through the valley in stages, you can learn and obtain interesting information on the culture and history of the area. for each village a dedicated event. 

To the Bondo Cemetery. The function of a warning against all types of war is carried out with essential rawness by the Austro-Hungarian Monumental Cemetery of Bondo, which houses 697 bodies of what was once Franz Joseph's army.
Built with the purpose of giving burial to the Austrian soldiers who lost their lives in the Giudicarie, over the years it has become a monument to the fallen of all wars.

4.00pm: meeting and start of excursion with guide Claudio Poletti.

Entry with a fee. Adults €3.00 | Children aged 10 and under go free.
