The Pinzolo and Carisolo Tourist Boards are organizing "Valleys, Wines and Flavours", a series of four evenings to discover Trentino one glass at a time.
PROGRAMME:
6:00 pm: at Chalet Val Genova, La Prisa (Val Genova), "Valleys, Wines and Flavours", a series of four evenings to discover Trentino one glass at a time.
Each evening is dedicated to a different valley of Trentino and to the wines that express its identity, landscapes and traditions. Local producers from Val Rendena will be present to share their work, the ingredients they use and the stories behind their products.
The result is a unique meeting of different valleys, where Trentino wines are paired with the products and traditions of Val Rendena.
The experience can then continue with a tasting menu at the Osteria Tipica, specially designed to extend the journey through local wines and cuisine.
14 July – Giudicarie
The journey begins in the mountains of the Giudicarie area, where the wines reflect high-altitude vineyards, innovative winemaking experiences and a region that has been rediscovering its winemaking heritage in recent years.
28 July – Valle dei Laghi
A valley shaped by wind, lakes and a unique wine-growing tradition, where the famous Ora breeze and the landscape of vineyards and water create wines that stand out for their freshness and authenticity.
4 August – Val di Cembra
A land of heroic viticulture and steep slopes, where the mountains find their way into the glass, giving the wines character, elegance and a strong sense of place.
25 August – Adige Valley
The final evening explores some of the most representative expressions of Trentino wine, combining long-standing traditions with contemporary interpretations.
Each evening is an independent event, so participants are welcome to attend just one or all four.
