The Chronicles of Arnia
An experiential journey into the world of bees among nature, discovery, and biodiversity.
Within the Mountain Beat Festival, the ApiLab association offers a free educational activity designed for families and children, to closely experience the wonderful universe of bees and understand their fundamental role for the environment and biodiversity.
The experience will take place in the beautiful setting of the Ciclamino Park, in the morning hours, and will be led by two expert members of the association through an engaging, authentic, and accessible path for all.
During the workshop, it will be possible to:
- closely observe a real educational hive, in total safety
- discover the functioning of the colony and the role of the queen bee
- witness practical demonstrations of the beekeeper's work
- try real beekeeping equipment, including protective suits
- see video content dedicated to the honey extraction process
“The Chronicles of Arnia” is an educational and immersive experience, designed to intrigue both young and old and offer a first direct contact with the beekeeping world.
The activity is free and offered by the ApiLab association as part of its aims of environmental education, awareness-raising, and enhancement of the local beekeeping and botanical heritage.
