Are you looking for a cabin surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area in Trentino?
The Casa da Mont Fer, located at 1,300 m.a.s.l. (10 minutes by car from Tione di Trento/Sella Giudicarie), is the choice for you; it is a portion of a cabin on the ground floor arranged over two levels.
The entrance is independent and opposite the other apartment in the building, ensuring privacy and discretion.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with a gas stove, wood stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, a dining room with a table, TV, and a fireplace with benches. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a room with a one-and-a-half bed.
Upstairs, via a staircase, you access two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed.
Outside, there is a portion of a fenced garden (with a fence one meter high) for exclusive use, with a movable barbecue, table, and chairs for outdoor dining. Dishes, cutlery, pots, bath towels, and bed linens are provided.
The structure is connected to the public aqueduct, while the external fountain is from a source (not controlled). Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Staying at Baita Fer allows you to enjoy your vacation in complete relaxation. In fact, the structure is connected to the public lighting system, with no worries about autonomy.
Reserved parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house, in a shared area. Electric car charging is not allowed.
External phone coverage is not guaranteed, depending on the operator used. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house with limited data consumption. Four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved!
