Away from crowded places, we offer relaxation, privacy, tranquility, and added features such as a pool, barbecue (available from May to October), and a garden. A historic house from the 1600s in a small mountain village, carefully restored to preserve every detail. Care and attention to the environment are evident in what has been done to make the house fossil free (photovoltaic system for light and heating - solar panels for hot water - rainwater recycling for garden drinking, for the toilet services, and for washing machines and dishwashers).
Each room of the apartment, both bedrooms and common areas, are spacious, comfortable, warm, and welcoming, reflecting a simple yet cared-for mountain style: wood is the most used material in all environments.
Guest Access:
The apartment has an independent entrance, and guests can directly access the garden, barbecue area, table with benches under the pergola, and the pool equipped with loungers (there is NO lifeguard, so the property declines all responsibility in case of incidents).
Only 50 meters away is a well-stocked small supermarket open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.!
