The environment at the heart
Many “green” initiatives are born and developed across the territory, with the goal of raising community awareness on environmental issues.
From ecological days designed to involve both adults and children, to activities promoted by the local Cassa Rurale, such as the “Green Weekends”, which take place across 22 municipalities in the area. Among the most significant projects is “La Sarca Tutta Nuda”, which since 2021 has involved over 400 volunteers along the entire course of the river, from Madonna di Campiglio to Torbole sul Garda. The initiative aims not only to clean the riverbanks, but also to promote a culture of sustainability through meetings, discussions, and workshops.
Local institutions, such as the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, are also actively committed to protecting and enhancing the environment. They organize waste collection activities in key areas during and after the tourist season, along with many other initiatives that bring people closer to nature.
