News and updates from La Via delle Valli
The valleys are alive.
They change with the seasons, with the climate, and with those who travel through them.
In this section you’ll find updates and important announcements about the La Via delle Valli project.
La Via delle Valli grows: three new valleys join the project
La Via delle Valli is a living project, constantly evolving
Since its launch, around 500 paper credentials have been distributed and more than 700 digital check-ins have been recorded — a meaningful sign of participation and enthusiasm.
Following this positive start, a careful evaluation was carried out. As a result, three valleys - Val Rocchette, Valle Stablel and Val Gabbiolo - were considered less suitable for hosting continuous hiking flows.
For this reason, we have chosen to replace them with three new valleys that further enrich the project and expand its exploratory horizon:
- Valle del Fridolin
- Val Sorino
- Val di Nardis
Three new itineraries, three new landscapes to discover, three new opportunities to get lost — and find yourself again.
What changes for those who already have the credential?
Absolutely nothing.
- The stamps from Rocchette, Stablel and Gabbiolo valleys remain valid
- All credentials already distributed remain valid
- Any corrections will be made manually
In fact, we can say it with a smile: those who hold the first version of the credential have in their hands a true limited edition of La Via delle Valli.
A tangible sign of being among the very first guardians of the project.
Why this decision?
La Via delle Valli was created to enhance the territory without compromising its natural balance.
Listening and collaboration with environmental protection authorities are an essential part of the project.
Growing also means knowing how to adapt.
And every change is an opportunity to improve.
Signage and stamps
In some valleys you may not find the dedicated signage or stamps. We do our best to provide a high-quality service, but due to the vastness of the territory it is not always possible to maintain a perfectly updated situation everywhere. You can find the currently known status in the information page for each valley.
You can help us monitor the signage as well: if you don’t find the stamp sign where it is indicated, write to: laviadellevalli@campigliodolomiti.it and we will explain how to register your passage.
