WHAT IS THE ISO 21401 CERTIFICATION?

The ISO 21401 Tourism and Related Services certification is an international standard. Created in 2019, it is aimed at the diverse world of tourist accommodation. It analyses and certifies human rights and health entitlements, health and safety in the workplace for employees and guests, the protection and safeguarding of the environment, water and energy consumption, the production of waste an the development of the local economy.

Guests, who are increasingly attentive to the topic of sustainability and environmental protection, have a real and concrete guarantee that the accommodation in which they have chosen to spend their holiday operates in full compliance with the stated principles.

“Sustainability has always been the cornerstone of our business, as we have consistently operated with the goal of giving continuity to the company by maintaining a constant and current level of quality in the services we provide. With this project, we decided to take a further step forward by making our ‘sustainability policy’ public.”
