Challenging and highly rewarding route to the westernmost hut of the Brenta Group with a magnificent view of the Presanella.
The route requires good physical fitness and includes sections on scree and rock; the most challenging part, called Scala Santa, is equipped with steel cables. The beauty of the place makes the effort of the ascent worthwhile.
Near the Hut there is a small chapel carved into the rock dedicated to the fallen mountain climbers, which is worth a visit.
If the plan includes descending from the Doss by cable car, pay attention to the schedule of the last trip.
