One of the best-known routes among snowshoe enthusiasts in the Chiese Valley: rewarding and with a splendid view of the Adamello Group and the Brenta Dolomites.
An easily identifiable route due to the area's popularity, easy as the ascent presents no difficulties, and rewarding for the view from the summit. The gaze extends from the Adamello to Carè Alto, from the Brenta Dolomites to the Ledro foothills with the Baldo chain in the background, reaching Monte Bruffione and finally Re di Castello. The descent, beautiful, continuous, and easy, is the happy conclusion of this excursion that can be done either with ski mountaineering or with snowshoes.
For experienced hikers, a night outing might be very evocative given the natural environment free from light and noise pollution.
Also recommended in summer, connecting to other routes indicated on-site and to First World War sites.
