Variant of the fifth stage of the Dolomiti di Brenta Trek that from Rifugio Brentei leads to Rifugio Pedrotti Tosa.
The total walking time from Rifugio Brentei to Rifugio Tosa Pedrotti passing by Rifugio XII Apostoli and Rifugio Agostini is 8.30 hours along trails classified EEA-MD, meaning equipped with fixtures and suitable for experienced alpine hikers equipped with harness, helmet and crampons. The proposed variant allows to avoid alpine trails and via ferratas described above and shortens the time needed to cross from Rifugio Brentei to Rifugio Tosa Pedrotti.
