Doss del Sabion - Malga Movlina - Pra Rodont

Doss del Sabion - Malga Movlina - Pra Rodont title=

Panoramic high-altitude route, accessible by lifts, among very green meadows and pastures. The itinerary, lasting about 3 hours, mainly descends.

From the Doss del Sabion - 2,100 meters altitude - take the Soffio del Brenta trail. The route first follows the Grual ski slope and then the ridge, alternating sections of forest roads (ski slopes in winter) with trail sections among pastures and groves up to the Madonnina area, a vast panoramic meadow with a small chapel on the edge.

From here continue to the Gotro Pass (1860 m) and then, continuing along trail no. 354, up to Malga Movlina.

Here the view stretches from the Brenta Dolomites - UNESCO Heritage - to the Val Algone and, beyond the Val Rendena, towards the glaciers of Adamello and Presanella.

The meadows above the hut are an oasis of tranquility and are perfect for a picnic.

Continue the hike towards Malga Bregn da l'Ors and, following the SAT 307B trail, reach the Pra Rodont area, at 1500 m a.s.l., where it is possible to take the lifts to go back down to Pinzolo.

Ideal place for a picnic. Don't forget your camera!
