From Malga Cioca to Madonnina area tour

From Malga Cioca to Madonnina area tour title=

Easy and scenic hike at high altitude. The route offers striking views of the Adamello-Presanella glacier and leads to wide meadows ideal for a family picnic.

The route leads from Malga Cioca, which can be reached by ski lifts, to the Madonnina locality.
The high-altitude trail has no significant positive elevation gain and is suitable for everyone, offering striking views of the Adamello-Presanella Group and Val Rendena.

The starting point, Malga Cioca, at the arrival of the Tulot gondola, is a small mountain hut with a bar and self-service grill-restaurant, carved out of the old alpine hut's hut. The large panoramic terrace is great for sunbathing comfortably lying down.
There are no other refreshment points along the trail so it is good to have with you what you may need for the hike.
The end point, the Madonnina location, is a wonderful expanse of open pastureland with a small chapel and some benches.

Bring a drink and a towel to lie down in the beautiful meadows at the Madonnina location.
