Fans of ski mountaineering can, on the days and at the times indicated below, follow the classic routes that allow you to reach some of the huts in the area (which will be open on the occasion and near which the presence of mountain rescue personnel is guaranteed) then descending along some of the slopes in the area during the lift closure hours.
Ascent: start from loc. Fortini - Pozza Vecia and Graffer slopes up to Boch hut or Graffer hut.
Descent: Graffer and Pozza Vecia slopes down to loc. Fortini.
When: every Tuesday and Thursday (from 17.12 to 03.04.25, excluding 31.12.24), from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm
(the end date of the indicated period may change depending on the snow conditions of the slopes)
Start: loc. Fortini
Arrival: Graffer hut
Elevation gain: 618 m
Length: 5.924 km
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- The routes and slopes are not lit during the indicated hours and dates.
- The use of a headlamp is mandatory.
- Regularly check the snow and weather reports before departure and make sure that the conditions are compatible with carrying out the activity.
- It is forbidden to leave the suggested routes and authorized slopes. Outside the indicated times and dates, mechanical vehicles equipped with a winch and a tensioned cable are operating on the slopes!
- The suggested routes are two-way; pay attention and keep to the right when ascending!
