This half-day loop route offers numerous places to stop and visit. When climbing up Cima Pissola, there are recently restored remains from the Great War. From the summit, there is a wide panorama of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The trail continues through nature to Bosco, from where you reach the Maresse Lake, a picturesque valley with vibrant green shades in summer and golden nuances in autumn. The lake is perfect for some peace and quiet, before the last stretch to Malga Table, where local dairy products are available in summer.
Near Bocca di Bosco, you will find the Bosco camp, built by the Italian army during World War I, where you can see the remains of buildings, pavements and stone structures.Local dairy products are available, made using locally-sourced ingredients with traditional methods, are available at Malga Table.On Cima Pissola, you can get your Via delle Valli credential stamped with the Val de Ribor stamp, and then continue onto the discovery of the 50 valleys along the route.
