Visiting Val Benolina means immersing yourself in an oasis of serenity, where every step brings you closer and closer to nature and the uncontaminated beauty of the mountains.
The hike starts in the locality of Coradure, easily reachable by vehicle or bike from the village of Roncone, and from the first steps, taken inside a forest of monumental fir trees, a sense of peace and tranquility is felt. The valley is accessible from May to October, months when nature shows itself in all its splendor. From Coradure you reach the locality of Larèt, where you have to leave the forest road, passable by car only with a special permit issued by the Municipality, to move onto an old mule track and enter the woods. After about a hundred meters it turns into a path that opens onto a pasture: just follow it to reach the summit of Val Benolina where a small wooden and sheet metal hut, known as "Bait de Balda", welcomes the hiker. From here to Bocca di Benolina the step is short and gentle but necessary… if you want to enjoy the splendid view over the underlying Val d'Arnò and the rocky peaks of the Adamello, while the vertical walls of the Dolomiti di Brenta form the backdrop.
