The wild Valle Dosson, located in Valle di San Valentino, offers postcard-like views. The challenging hike to the Dosson bivouac, at the foot of Carè Alto, is a true delight for lovers of unspoiled nature.
The route to the Dosson bivouac is challenging but extremely rewarding, especially for those who love hiking in the mountains away from tourist flows.
To access the itinerary, it is necessary to cross the quiet Valle di San Valentino, characterized by meadows, alpine huts, wooden cabins, and ancient stone paths, leading to the edge of the forest.
The steep climb along Valle Dosson is fascinating, with waterfalls, unique panoramas, and streams that emerge from underground and, flowing over granite slabs, create very special water plays.
The bivouac, the final point, is open. A cozy and well-organized gem where it's worth spending a night to enjoy, at dawn, the splendid view of Carè Alto. It's suggested to reach Bocca di Conca.
