Exciting excursion to discover the numerous waterfalls of Val Genova up to the Bedole plain (1,584 m), a majestic glacial amphitheater at the foot of the Lobbie and Mandrone glaciers.
From the parking lot in Antica Vetreria locality, cross the bridge over the Sarca river and take the path on the right following signs for Nardis Waterfalls. Immediately after, where the path is interrupted by a small dirt road crossing it, keep right and continue on the dirt road. Following the Park's signs, across small bridges, wooden footbridges, and stone walkways, the path, suitable for everyone, leads to the discovery of the environmental peculiarities of Val Genova. The route is also passable in parts, and the return is possible in summer using the Park's shuttles.
A stop is recommended at one of the many welcoming refuges in the valley. It is possible to shorten the excursion by using the shuttle bus service that runs along the itinerary on the main paved road.
Check the shuttle bus schedules and traffic regulations before setting out.
