Malga Romanterra: history, nature and authentic flavours
Malga Romanterra, located at 1713 metres in the Aperta Valley, is a corner of tradition and authenticity. Reconstructed in 1951 after an exceptional snowfall, it was recently renovated to offer hospitality and quality. The farmhouse is home to the malgari and a point of sale where you can buy fresh products such as cheese and butter. There is also a bivouac for those who want to rest during the excursions. The stallion, with a modern milking parlour, includes a taste laboratory for processing milk and a maturing cellar where the cheeses reach their ideal flavour.
A STRONG POINT:
The malga with products with an authentic flavour.
