Among typical dishes of Trentino cuisine and pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, the Pappagallo Pizzeria Restaurant, open since 1977, welcomes customers with its modern environment, equipped with wi-fi and large screen to watch the matches, and is the classic place where it is easy to feel immediately at home, enjoying first and second courses accompanied by an excellent glass of wine. Do not miss in particular the carpaccio of salted meat rocket and grana, the Tyrolean gnocchetti cream and speck, the tagliatelle with venison ragout and those with porcini mushrooms, the rustic dish with polenta, sausage, mushrooms and melted cheese and the unparalleled cut of beef on a bed of rocket porcini mushrooms and polenta. Soups are ideal for comforting the stomach and spirit, all desserts are from home.
