The added value of the kitchen lies in Fernando's taste, scent and skill. The cured meats are excellent, as well as the first ones, among which the pasta alla cacciatora, the risotto with porcini mushrooms, the strangolapreti with spressa and the melted butter or chives or speckled spatzle are not to be missed. Among the main dishes, the roe deer, the chamois, the pork edge with wild thyme, the deer steaks with waid mannsheil and the pork shank with mushrooms. At particular times of the year, you can enjoy game dishes. The list of Trentino wines is long and complete.
