This topographic map is intended to provide information about and promote the local area.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the management, custody and maintenance of the routes, trails, tracks and itineraries shown on this map lie with entities other than the Tourism Board (Azienda per il Turismo).
Accordingly, unless expressly stated otherwise, the depiction of an itinerary on this topographic map does not imply that the Tourism Board has assumed its management, custody, maintenance or ongoing monitoring, or responsibility for its safety.
The cartographic and descriptive information has been prepared on the basis of the data available as of the stated update date and may become inaccurate, incomplete or outdated as a result of, among other things, natural events, works, closures, ground instability, landslides, fallen trees or rockfalls, changes to signs and markings, changes in surface conditions, weather conditions, traffic, use by third parties or other supervening factors.
This topographic map does not replace the signs and markings present on site, nor does it supersede or derogate from any orders or provisions issued by the authorities. Nor does it constitute any warranty or guarantee that any route is passable, maintained, fit for use or safe, free from hazards, technically suitable for the user's abilities, or that actual conditions correspond in real time to those shown on the map.
The user must make an independent and prudent assessment of the route, route conditions, the signs and markings present on site, weather conditions, the user's equipment, state of health and level of technical and physical preparedness, and must discontinue or alter the itinerary whenever actual conditions make this appropriate. Solely for itineraries expressly identified as managed or maintained by the Tourism Board, it is clarified that the Tourism Board has included the relevant information on the basis of the checks and updates reasonably available to it.
Even on such routes, however, hazardous situations may arise suddenly and may not be immediately ascertainable.
Consultation of this topographic map does not limit or exclude any non-waivable rights afforded to the user by law.
Use of the map nevertheless constitutes the user's acknowledgement that the user has read and accepted these warnings in full.
