At the foot of our mountains, among alpine huts and high pastures where cows graze freely, our organic cheeses are born — true expressions of an unspoiled land.
Here, animal feed follows strict organic standards: only natural grass, pesticide-free hay, and no chemical feed supplements. The result is pure, wholesome milk that becomes cheese with an authentic taste, full of fresh aromas and delicate notes that capture the true essence of the mountains. These cheeses are produced by Azienda Agricola Polla Mauro and Azienda Agricola Al Pont.
