From grazing to maturing... the secrets of cheese!
An experience suitable for everyone to discover the world of cheese, set in the charming scenery of Val d’Arnò.
Val d’Arnò, a side valley of Val di Breguzzo, is a wild Alpine valley rich in hidden treasures: waterfalls, towering peaks, mountain huts, pastures, and remarkable geological wonders. What better place, then, to enjoy a light trek that allows you to discover how traditional alpine cheese is produced?
This is an opportunity to connect with a local product by exploring all its stages, from when the cows are led out to pasture to the production of the cheese wheels ready to be tasted.
At the end of the experience, a delicious tasting of locally produced cheeses and other zero-kilometre specialties is not to be missed!
