Among the high pastures of Malga Vacil, the path towards Dosso Rotondo opens up. A walk between nature and archaeology, guided by Tommaso Beltrami, a profound connoisseur of these places. Then the scents of open-air cooking, tastings, and lunch prepared by the Polenter di Storo, to be enjoyed at altitude.

9.00am: excursion to the archaeological site of Dosso Rotondo. Accompaniment by Tommaso Beltrami, Environmental Hiking Guide.

11.00am: live showcooking with free tasting by Chef Marco Salvotelli (tasting reserved for the over 18s). Tasting of mountain dumplings with a melting heart and malga butter, Spressa delle Giudicarie DOP and aromatic herbs, fregoloti cake with zabaglione and malga butter, and paired with Val di Non apple juice and Terrazze della Luna Chardonnay wine.
12.30pm: Lunch with polenta carbonera and cabbage for €6,00 (drinks not included), prepared by the Polenter di Storo with bar service by the Pro Loco.
