An authentic experience celebrating local flavors and the tradition of Italian pizza.
During this cooking class, held at 1,600 meters above sea level, guests will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of pizza-making from the ground up, guided by an expert master pizzaiolo. The activity will take place in the charming outdoor area of 3Tre, the restaurant’s outdoor space that, during the summer season, transforms into a pleasant sun deck surrounded by nature. We’ll start by preparing the dough, using simple, authentic ingredients with a focus on local produce. Participants will learn how to knead the dough and shape it into traditional pizza balls, before moving on to the most creative part: topping the pizzas with carefully selected ingredients.
At the end of the experience, everyone will get to enjoy their own freshly baked pizza, sharing a convivial moment dedicated to flavor and tradition.
