Carisolo Pro Loco organizes the San Martino Gourmet Dinner. An evening dedicated to fine cuisine and refined flavours, with a gourmet menu created by Chefs Giorgio, Simone and Sandro, who will accompany guests on a culinary journey featuring selected ingredients and refined combinations.
PROGRAM:
7:45 pm: Start of the San Martino Gourmet Dinner at the Salone delle Feste of the Carisolo Sports Centre.
MENU:
Starter:
Small savoury walnut babà on fresh cheese stracciata, porcini mushrooms and Chorizo salami.
First Course:
Pumpkin soufflés with truffle butter, duck prosciutto and pistachios.
Main Course:
Braised pork cheek with soft white polenta and vegetable pearls.
Fish Course - Whitefish fillet in a breadstick crust, served on smoked potatoes, snow peas and horseradish foam.
Dessert:
"Corno Bianco" with chestnuts, caramelised dried fruit and persimmon coulis.
The dinner will be accompanied by Marzemino and Nosiola wines from Cantina di Aldeno. Surgiva water and coffee included.
