An experience dedicated to local flavors and the traditionofItalian pizza. During this cooking class at 1,600metersabovesea level, guests will have the opportunity to discover thesecrets of pizza-making from the ground up, guidedbyamaster pizzaiolo. The activity will take place in thecharmingoutdoor area of 3 Tre, the restaurant’s outdoor spacethattransforms into a pleasant sun deck during the summer, immersed in the local atmosphere. We’ll start by preparingthedough using simple, authentic ingredients, with aspecial focuson local products. Participants will learn howto workthedoughand shape the traditional pizza balls, before movingontothemost creative phase: topping the pizzas with selectedingredients. At the end of the experience, each participantwill be able to enjoy their own freshly baked pizza, sharingaconvivial moment centered on good food and togetherness.
