An experience dedicated to local flavors and the traditionofItalian pizza.
During this cooking class at 1,600 meters above sea level, guests will have the opportunity to discover thesecrets of pizza-making from the ground up, guided by a master pizzaiolo. The activity will take place in the charming out door area of 3 Tre, the restaurant’s outdoor space that transforms into a pleasant sun deck during the summer, immersed in the local atmosphere. We’ll start by preparing the dough using simple, authentic ingredients, with aspecial focus on local products. Participants will learn how to work the doughand shape the traditional pizza balls, before moving on to the most creative phase: topping the pizzas with selected ingredients.
At the end of the experience, each participant will be able to enjoy their own freshly baked pizza, sharing a convivial moment centered on good food and togetherness.
