Vines and resilient vines. They call it heroic viticulture. It is where farmers cultivate vineyards in rugged places, where nature is powerful and takes its space. Starting from Maso Loera, a farm located in the countryside of Pelugo, you will experience an immersive journey tasting high-altitude wines paired with local zero-kilometer products. From here, retracing the ethnographic path of the Via della Vide between dry stone walls and wooden sculptures, you will then arrive at Il Petar Winery in the Mortaso fraction (Spiazzo) where this journey through flavors and knowledge will conclude.
Program:
3:30 PM: Meeting at the Adamellina War Museum in Spiazzo (convenient parking available). We will depart from here and return here, walking approximately 5/6 km in a guided manner, gathering knowledge between ancient and modern art. The experience includes visits to the two wineries, tasting the wines produced along with local products.
Around 7:30 PM: Return to the starting point.
