Strada is a district of the municipality of Pieve di Bono, which became Pieve di Bono-Prezzo on 1 January 2016.
Although the village it is small, it is filled with life thanks to its inhabitants. Until just a few decades ago, the village would come to life with the first rays of dawn, when the women would head to church and the farmers would lead their animals to water and take the milk to the community dairy. The Circolo Culturale in Strada organises events to keep the traditions of the village alive through festivals.
