A hundred years of Alimentari Caola

In Pinzolo there is a workshop that has a story to tell, a true heritage of this little village at the foot of the Dolomites.


“Alimentari Caola” is the Trentino historical workshop opened in 1921 by Antonio Caola, the grandfather of the family Caola, and passed from hand to hand, till the current owners Antonio, his wife Alberta and the daughter Letizia.

2021 is the hundredth anniversary of this lovely "bottega" and to celebrate it the shop has opened a new refined space dedicated to the local sparkling wines.
