Malga D'Arnò
The Malga D'Arnò house, built in 1932 and renovated over time, is a corner where tradition and love for the land come together. The crackling fireplace, the wooden benches and the copper cauldrons tell the story of the hard work of producing local cheeses with fresh milk, without pasteurisation, to preserve every nuance of flavour. The cheesemaker is an artisan who experiments, mixing tradition and innovation, and creates cheeses that tell the story of the mountain. You will not find a restaurant, but in the small shop you can take home the products of the hut.
STRENGTH:
An unspoilt environment accompanied by the passion of the cheesemaker who with love and dedication preserves the tradition of the mountains and the authenticity of a timeless work.
