The Collini family has been working in the high-altitude catering sector since 1992 and manages the Rifugio Pradalago 2100 with care and passion - on arrival at the cable car of the same name, just seven minutes from Madonna di Campiglio: a restaurant with a panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites, the starting point of the main ski slopes and trails in the area. The offer ranges from breakfast, with cakes made daily by the pastry chef, to lunch with first courses based on homemade pasta and typical local products and zero km. Inside, there are several rooms, a bar, a sandwich bar and an outdoor kiosk, in one of the two large sun terraces, with tables and deckchairs.
